[The Cabinet of Curiosities] Make a Character and outline

We made a Missing person character and composed a story with each of the cabinets of curiosities that we had collected with interest in. When the main character sees a note left by a friend in the park and finds out that her friend has disappeared, she rushes to the police station but the police officer does not listen to her. She goes to his friend’s room and finds the clues he has left and tries to find where he disappeared. With this story, we combined the stage with the visual to make the presentation real. We put a video on the TV behind the stage, so we were able to explain and support the stage more specifically. My role as props was to replace and position props on stage for each place.

We simply set up the things we needed to put in our characters, and then we tried to set up the character and create stories. The completed character was set as a Missing person according to the conditions first, and a character was made considering the ideas of the team members.

And we made the storyline based on this character

>Our Storyline 1. On their regular garden rendezvous, MP was missing for the first time, left MC confused 2.MC found notes under the garden bench, stating numbers which she decrypted as a movie. -Roberta’s Movie Tickets (The movie that they watched before, movie buff) 3. Obtained the first clue about MP is possibly missing, MC went to the police station, but officers dismissed her. 4. MC went to MP’s house, in her room, discover more clues leading to her missing. 5. University Prospectus dumped aside led MC to flashback. -Hong’s University Prospectus shows MP is more interested in the arts instead of business. -Flashback of Offer letter from the top university, but MP showing no interest. -Shows pleasure by parents 6. Hollow Books with hidden tags show further clues of MP disappearance -Teo’s clothes tags show that MP has a particular sense of fashion. 7. There’s only one book on the shelf that is not empty, Tim Burton drawing books. -Marianna’s TB book shows MP’s admiration for Goth. 8. In a cabinet full of watches, MC discovered the time was all wrong, with the previous leads, MC determined that the +2 GMT was the correct clue, as it fits Finland’s time, which is a Gothic country as well. -Using Sophie’s watches collection to show that, MP is very particular about time and always punctual. 9. Understanding MP inner conflicts, MC left the house quietly and decided to meet MP in Finland, a motivated smile hung on her face.
